Man, it's a shame you scored below a seven-hundred on the Verbal part of the SAT I. But I don't think colleges care whether your score is a 1490 or 1500. Anyway, those are nice stats, but many kids in this country have nice stats... So, I guess it's going to come down to how good your essays are.

competitive, verbal is fine for one who only lived in the states for less than 4 years. There is a decent chance even for yale and princeton. 2 students from my school got similar stats who are TOTALLY americans got ED accepted to princeton.
