Of course, Semi's cant help you if youre applying to the good schools, but how much do they hurt if you didnt make it and got commended? This year in PSATs i messed up and got a 215. Definately not going to get semi's since i live in NJ.
Anyway, would i have to do exceptionally well on all other College Board tests to make it up? Or is not anyting substantial?
Seems to me that if everyone who goes to a good school (specifically engineering for me) gets Semi, then if a person doesnt get Semi then it hurts a lot. No?

I don't think anything could matter less. 215 is a good score, and even for ivy league it won't hurt you(I'm talking your SAT potential here). Don't worry about it at all.

it's going to doom you forever metra!!
just kidding
i'm sure colleges won't think of the psat scores when they see your 800 chem and (hopefully) good sat scores ...
