Now i am a senior student in Canada. I'm an international student here and intend to apply to the US universities.

GPA 9.3/10(Canada) -> 4.0 GPA ?

1st Prizes in Math and Physics Competitions of University of Toronto and U of Waterloo.
TOEFL : 250
SATI : 1290 (490,800) retaking in Jan.
SATII : 6/12
ECs:
Martial Club : 5 years.
Campain in Saving Enviroment: 2 months

Whoa, was the 490 a verbal? I'm from Canada too. Could you elaborate a bit on your first prizes from U Waterloo and U Toronto? I'm assuming the first is referring to the PCF contests that the U of W runs each year, or the Euclid, or the Hypatia that they did last year. As for the U of T competition, is it the da Vinci?

If you achieved national distinction in the aforementioned contests, then that would be huge boost for your chances. Your EC's are not that spectactular, but perhaps it is because you haven't explained them very thoroughly.

Needless to say, the 490 is an aberration. Pull it up a bit and your chances will increase a lot. Good luck with your SAT II's.

You are not applying to the most competitive of colleges - MIT, Harvard, etc... so if you raise your SAT's during the January session, your chances should be good.

Good luck! Ohio Wesleyan is a very good school and there are a lot of internationals there. Your scores are borderline for getting aid there, but you may be lucky dependendent on the competition.
