My cousin's friend is applying early to UPenn. She has a 1340 SAT (i think) and something around 700 in all her SAT IIs. She has a 4.9 GPA, but has received two B's during first quarter senior year. She is not legacy, and 7 other legacies from her school are applying. Apparently, she has stellar essays and great ec's. She's also apparently a minority (indian, i think).

By Indian do you mean Asian Indian or American Indian? Because that makes a huge difference.
