What type of grades does a CEGEP student need for admissions into ivy league? what type of extra-curriculars? what other criteria?

I doubt anyone here has even heard of CEGEP. Of course I have, but unfortunately I can't answer your question.
For those who don't know, it stands for collège d'enseignement général et professionnel. Translated, it means college of general and professional teaching. It is basically an advanced high school. It runs for two years, what I would refer to as grade 12 and grade 13. Most students in Quebec attend it.
