Here are my stats. I'm getting a little low on confidence, and was wondering whether it was with good reason. Help me out please.

Decide where you really want to go. This list just looks like a laundry list of the most prestigious schools in America. Your stats are good but not amazing; if I were you, I would pick maybe two of the Ivies and leave the rest of your schools on the list.
