If I apply now and send my stuff out like in the middle of December, is that too late?

michigan has rolling admissions....
the final deadline is feb 2, so technically you have plenty of time. but you must keep in mind that lots of people will have applied and be admitted by then so unless you are a super strong applicant, apply as early as you can.
mid-dec should be fine.
