do colleges like umich, uiuc look at your sat ii scores?....and if they do how do i send in my dec scores?..nowhere in the app did they mention a future test date...and wouldnt they have made the decison by then??

No, UMich and UIUC do not rely on SAT II's for admission. They are ignored no matter how good (or bad) they are.

And yes at UIUC, and believe it or not that is true at about 98% of all colleges. A number of difficult to get into colleges in the Mid-atlantic and Northeast, and Cal (all UC's) require SAT IIs. Between Pennsylvania and California only Rice in Texas does, although Northwestern does for a couple of programs; a few others recommend them like Notre Dame, and some will consider them as part of the application process even if not required or recommended. Otherwise, the vast majority of schools only consider your SAT I or ACT score for admission.
