Do I have any chance at Penn State?
I'm a 17 year-old White Male attending a fairly competitive public high school in North West NJ (West Morris Central High)
Gpa: 3.393 Unweighted
Freshman: 3.21
Sophomore: 3.65
Junior: 3.32
without Freshman year: 3.485
Rank - ~50/302
Sat 1: 1380 (740M/640V)
Sat 2: taking in december
expecting
~670? Writing
~630? Spanish
~700? Math 1C
National Merit (lowest level, forget what it was called)
12 Honors/IB/AP Courses
frosh - 2
soph - 2
junior - 4
senior - 5
AP testing:
Music Theory scored 4/5
others to test later this year:
English (expecting 4/5)
Economics (expecting 5/5)
IB Music (expecting 5 or 6 /7)
Psychology (expecting 5/5)
Extra Cirricular - play saxophone for 12 musical groups/ensembles (hold first position in most, section leader in marching band)
Volunteer - freshmen orientation programs, annual school decoration

First of all, do not waste your time w/ the Sat IIs, u think PSU actually has the time to look at those? You have great SATs and your GPA is fair. They weight GPA more than SATs and I am assuming your uw GPA is much higher, so yes I think you are in.
