if you have a particle on a string (length=r) and youre spinning it...at the top of the circle, v=(rg)^(1/2)...
You need to the cut the string somehwere so that after its cut, the particle will pass through the center of the circle...
i need to find teh angle...thanks

its funny cause teh answer is 10.59 degrees...
