omg, what are your stats pizzaluvr. Please help me, I got deferred and am really upset. I want to go to MIT so badly. I got a 1500, 750 SAT 2 average, awards in math/science in the top 15% of my class at a tough public school in the NE area. Please post stats. You're not aa, hispanic, or native american, or with an income below 40,000 right?

Both parents engineers, net income $120,000
Stats can be found in "post stats if accepted EA" or something like that.
My SAT was 1580, but I took them 3 times.
I too, won lots of awards in math/science.
And I do violin. I also sent a recording. If you do anything special, send a newspaper clipping or something. Good luck, help.

how much did you pay and how long was the course?
|By willis on Monday, December 23, 2002 - 03:18 pm: Edit|
i took a kaplan course. it cost roughly 800 bucks and it was for 11 weeks. Didnt help worth crap though. If nothing else, the experience of taking tests over and over again will boost your scores some. When i took the diagnostic test i scored an 1130. I just recently took the SAT and scored a 1330, so i guess it did kinda help.
