You have a good chance,try to give the SAT II's also. If you can increase your SAT score you can try to some competitive schools in the east to.
But if your aim is north eastern you are almost in.

Northeastern has become increasingly more difficult/selective in the last few years. With the economy the way it's been, students are increasingly finding that graduating with experience provides them with an edge against other peers. Reference the Boston Globe article mentioned under Northeastern folder in the CC Forum ->Alphabetic list of colleges. You still have a chance with 1200 but not a good as recently as a couple of years ago. Good luck!
