BU is my safety but after hearing some of the ED decisions from there I'm not so sure...is it pretty much a sure thing? Here are my stats which Ive already posted elsewhere:

your awards and honors

don't mention who's who and nat'l honor roll
both are scams to spam you and your relatives, and if colleges recognize that you're desperate enough to include that under your EC's they may cancel you out even tho you are a very qualified applicant.

although they are scams, i don't think it can hurt to include them....at schools like BU not everyone gets them...although it probably is useless to include them at more elite schools
