I would love to go to MIT. Based on my stats below, do I have a chance?
4.0 unweighted GPA, 4.01 weighted
Taken AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and Calculus III (not an AP because not enought people take it) AP Stats, AP Bio, AP History, AP Composition, and AP Governemt
All AP exams are qualifying (one 3 and all the rest 4's and 5's)
Member or Red Cross Club, National Honor Society, NAACP Youth Counsel, and Latin Club
Lots of Community Service (I won the President Volunter Service Award twice
I have participated in serveral math and science programs over the summer
Well, do I have a chance? I am open to any and all suggestions and comments. (Please keep in mind that I am African American = Affirmitive Action)

SAT's? They might be a little irrelevant given your other stuff but post them anyway. Also, how can you have a 4.0 unweighted yet have a 4.01 weighted? That implies you have taken 100 semester classes (did you mean 4.10?).

Oops. Sorry about the typo. I did mean 4.1. My SAT I Composite score is a 1460. I haven't taken the SAT II's yet.

oh you are so getting in. MIT is being sued about how much they love affirmative action and stuff and you are the perfectly qualified, urm applicant - what they look for.

A minority with a 1460 SAT? Pick your school, you're in everywhere you apply. MIT is a fine choice.

How can you hve a 4.01 weighted when you took like 10 weighted classes.
for example, my UW is 3.78, but my weighted is 4.36.....

Qwersadf~
My school only gives a .3 bump for AP Classes and no bump at all for honors. Plus, I have attended two different high schools, each with their own weighing system.
