Taking IB diploma, predicted 36 with following: 6 in Higher Math, 7 in Higher Physics, 6 in Higher Economics, 6 in Standard English, 6 in Standard History and 5 in Standard French.
SAT: 780 Math, 700 Verbal.
SAT II: 800 Math IIc, 800 Physics, 700 Writing
Plenty of extracirricular, but based purely on academics what do you think my chances are? Can anyone with IB experience help me out? I'm not a CA resident. Thanks.

It's hard to get in there from out of state. You could get in, but it depends more on your GPA than your test scores. What's your GPA?

Well I'm currently doing the IB diploma. Are you familiar with this? Rough equivalent is
AP BC calc - 4/5
AP Physics - 5
AP Economics? - 4/5
and the standard-level courses are equivalent of honors courses. My GPA, if you had to calculate it, would be at least 4.0.

well you pretty much have perfect test scores and GPA. So based solely on that, of course youre in.
