Hey- just wondering if i should send in slides of my artwork- i received state award--- very into it-- but i am not going to study or major in art or anything

Yes. The worst situation is they don't look at it. The best situation is they look at it, like it, and it helps you to be accepted. The application really gives admissions officers so little to work with that submitting more information for them to base a decision on will be helpful.
