Thanks ruben. I guess my question was crap. Do you think Stern is a rech, match, or a safety for me?

It's an ugly GPA, but thx
I don't understand your name.

You look like a match to me. Brown, Harvard, UPenn
Georgetown a reach. CMU, GW, match/safety. U of Pitt, Temple, BU, Ohio State safeties along with any state school from your state. Tufts a match/reach. I'm just throwing out some city schools for you. These are all realistic for you.

Hspimpson, If you're nearly as good in school as you are at essay critique, you'll be in anywhere. Have faith.

Thanks, but I don't think this is an objective opinion. You are just happy because I didn't thrash your essay :^P

Well, Duke's ED acceptance rate last year was 32%...with your stat's, I'd say you're pushing 50%. Plus, they probably don't get too many applicants from NJ.
Regardless of others' imminent protests, I think Stern will be a match/safety...depending on your major. I hear applicants for the CAS may have an easier time getting in...because they are largely undecided (but I don't follow the logic there). Still, if I remember correctly, only about 7% of enrolled students at NYU have SATs of 1500+...so that's looking good for you.
Hmmm...I wonder if Collegeguy changed your name to Hspimpson on purpose...
