I was looking through the Brown Application and noticed that there are spaces for 3 teacher's references, and that you only submit the 3rd if you want to do the Bachelor of Science degree or PLME. That 3rd refernce has to be a math or science refernce. My question is what if my second reference was a math and science reference? Do I still need to do a third?
The reason I ask is because students in our school generally ask the two teachers who are writing their recs to prepare in the beginning of the school year. It would be somewhat awkward to ask a third one randomly before the deadline.
Thanks for the help.
