I think for MIT and Carnegie Mellon the SAT or ACT PLUS 3 SAT IIs are required. Are you planning to take the SAT II?

I don't think you stand much of a chance at MIT.. Your test scores are low and your EC's are bad. They show no passion for math and science and half of them are half-scams and/or "honor" societies. Being a "member" in a club doesn't mean anything really, unless it is something like Quiz bowl and you have won awards. The National Leadership Forum is a joke they send an invitation in the mail to anyone.
Not looking good. You have a chance at CMU if you don't apply CS.

on Nov. 1 i'm taking Math 1c, U.S. History, and Bio.
and the next time i will take Math 2c, writing, and probably physics.
