I think there are quite a few people, probably 3-6, who are applying to UPenn ED in my school. I'm applying UPenn RD and I have the highest stats compared to those people. Is the fact that so many people from my high school is applying to UPenn going to hurt my chances?

not really, if they all get accepted, then the college won't even know about you. Then after you apply, they might review those candidates and they should accept you if you're a better applicant. I donno though stats aren't everything. minority status, EC's, leadership, personality, interview, essays, recs, job experience can all easily overweigh your superior numbers
