Do you guys think i have a fair shot if i aplly to upenn e.d, im in the top 2% of my class of 131 kids...and i go to an above averge public school in New York. BTW im Indian

i kinda figured out by asking my friends...that's the good thing about a small highschool...but colleges will never now our true rank...since our school gives grade ranges for each decile, i believe penn will know that i am in the upper part of the 1st decile
