For those you have questions what a URM is..
Internationals don't count (with rare exceptions)..
It is only African-AMERICANS, and Hispanic-AMERICANS, and Native-AMERICANS. That is all, with a few rare exceptions.
Being from Sri Lanka, Bangaldesh, Persia/Middle East, etc.. is not being a member of a URM.

The correct acronym should then be URMA, "Under Represented Minority-American"

Not unless they are from Brazil. If they are from Portugal, they are white. It's just like how Mexicans are hispanic and Spaniards are white.

People from EUROPE are WHITE even if they do speak SPANISH, they are still EUROPEAN. PORTUGAL and SPAIN are in EUROPE. LITHUANIA is in EUROPE. EUROPEANS = WHITE =! URM.
