My Grandma was born in Lithuania and i believe both her parents were Lithuanian, which would make me 25% because my grandma is 100% , my mom 50, and me 25%. I am not going to list this as my ethnicity because i don't consider myself to be Lithuanian, but would being Lithuanian be a URM???

Lituanian = European
European = White
White isn't URM

No, if you are of European descent, then you are still white/caucasian in college's eyes no matter what specific ethnicity you are.
