and the guidance rec, they rate you from 2-3%, to top 10%, to above average. ..
my classes are 20 students in size. only one person can be 2-3%

when people say class.. they mean the junior or senior class, not each individual classroom.
do you only have 20 seniors/juniors in your whole school?
