I would really like to attend Berkeley or UCLA. Any input would be nice. Here are my stats:
SAT I: 730 M, 660 V; will take again in Nov.
SAT II: 720 math II, 790 US history, and 500 writing (eesh) (taking writing again in oct.)
AP tests: 3 Spanish Language, 4 U.S. History, 5 English Language and Composition
unweighted 4.00, weighted 4.25
rank 4 of 420
4 AP classes this year, 3 last year
Political Science class at local community college (political science is probably my choice for major)
ec.' 4 years leadership (fresh. class sec/treasureer, soph. pres., junior vp, and senior sec/tres.
4 years California Scholarship Federation member
4 years Youth and Government member, V.P. this year
V.P/co founder of the Young Liberals club
my high school districts student school board member last year, and this year county school board representative
Varsity speech and debate 3 years
attendee of the YMCA Conference on National affairs
3 years Varsity tennis
math tutor
I worked on a political campaign (though,it was for my mom)
2 summers of travel abroad to costa rica and spain
youth soccer refferee

I had a 1290 SAT and a 4.1 weighted gpa and got into Berkeley (didn't apply to UCLA) as well as USC.

Schools don't care about a laundry list of ECs, as long as you show commitment to them. I had a couple random ECs, but mainly I had ones that I spent a lot of time with (4 years band/section leader, 4 years community service organization and 1 as president, etc).
