What up, I wanna apply to UPenn ,too, but, I am a Junior...but, my friends have gotten in...Anyways, for your do I say this? The grades are...kinda low for UPenn...especially if you are applying to Wharton...are you(Since you took that Intro to Biz thing)? The main problem is your classes, GPA, and SAT scores, where are your three SATIIs?
And, no offense, but, I really doubt that UPenn takes so highly of your local JC...because, isn't like in JCs, you can get a three in AP, and still get a credit, but, in UPenn, its like a four or a five for a college, I dunno if that would mean anything...But, I might be wrong...Anyways, ECs are okay, just your scores and classes. But, you never know about those ppls, spontaneous is their style, so good luck to me and you!

no your gpa is not fine. They're not gonna look at your GPA if you're ranked. Your rank sucks. If you really wanna go to Upenn, don't apply ED, wait until second semester when your rank goes up. They will not accept a person who goes to a average/below average high schools and barely ranks in the top quarter. Wait it out and raise your rank.
