i am studying at an international high school in Pakistan. i did up to 9th grade from virginia, and am a virginia resident. i am applying early decision to uva .. do i have ANY chances (my test scores are BAD)??

act: 30
sat iis: 590 in math iic, 620 in writing, and 660 in physics
ap: will have 5 when i graduate.. last year i took two and got a 2 in chemistry and a 3 in physics

i want to study business and law, and took the wrong ap classes last year..

i am actively involved in debates and won a certificate of excellence at the national debate championships of pakistan

i am an national honor society member, have done much community service and peer tutoring, am 2004 class secretary but have few sports

gpa is not used at this school and simple averages are sent.. i have a 91%.. class ranking estimates are sent i am top 20% definately

so, any comments about my chances?
