your gpa= not good. don't be surprised if you don't get in somewhere like cornell cause grades are #1.

Your grades improved, which is helpful... but I'm really going to disagree with Jnorsky18 and Trojan about definite admits to Georgetown, Cornell, Tufts, and UVA... my guess it that you'll get into any one or two of those four if you apply. The upward grade trend is helpful, but those schools quite difficult to get into, and SAT is not weighed quite as heavily as you might think. Your initial list of reaches, matches, and safeties seems to be very accurate.

yeah your gpa is bad. GW and BU would love to have you though. Never hurts to have a student who raises their average SAT score and you will. Georgetown and cornell are big reaches. But UVA might like you cuz their sat ranges are really low (like 1220 -1320 or something)
