Want to do something in medical field, whats my chances for johns hopkins,duke, or any other suggestions

*Still have to take the rest of my IB exams, but its very likely i will recieve the IB diploma*

Really good chance at JHU. I think Duke will be a reach for you, but you still have a decent chance.
