I am applying Early Action to Notre Dame.

I have legacy (father) and my sister currently attends..
I am hispanic, english second language..

1300 SAT score (710M, 590V)

I'm in the Honor Roll in a US high school

what are my chances?

since you are a legacy, and are an URM, you qualify as EA Notre Dame candidate. Normally, the ND EA is for 1400+ SAT but your chances look pretty good.
