if i apply ea u of chicago and make it,
how long do i have to declare uofc as the school i'll be attending in the fall.
can i have uofc as a safety and apply to other schools.
or does uofc only give you a month to decide if you'll be attending your school if you do ea

Straight from the all-knowing website, you can reply until May 1st, just like regular decision...
"Early Action is for candidates who would like an admission decision in mid-December and a provisional financial aid assessment by early January. Candidates must complete their applications by November 1 and may apply to other schools if they wish. In other words, Chicago’s early action program is non-binding; admitted students need not reply to the offer of admission until May 1. International students may only choose Early Action if they are not applying for financial aid."
