Hi, I've asked this before, but I only got a couple of responses, and I'm still unclear.
I'm applying to Carolina as an instate student, but I can't decide if EA will hurt or help.

Current SAT score: Top of the bottom 25%.
4.3 WTD GPA
Class rank - top 6%
A balance of AP/Honors/advanced/regular classes.

EC's:
9 years of competitive dance with studio (regional-state awards for solos)
Last 2 years, pursue dance independently - self-choreographed solos for performance (local awards)
6 years of theater (school awards)
6 years of creative writing (school awards)
2 years of varsity cheerleading.
11-12: assistant to theater dept. to help choroegraph/coach dance in school productions
11: titleholder of pageant - platform: motivated peers to volunteer at local help center
10: assistant to Guidance office to conduct school orientation for new students
11-12: S.A.D.D. - Secretary 11th - truly though, we're only active around prom season.
Community Service: 9-12 Danced for marathons for cancer victims, school open houses and spring carnivals, fund-raising variety shows.

Opinions? Thanks.
