Is there any realistic chance of getting in to Harvard EA?
Ethnicity: Hispanic/Caucasian
SAT: 1440 (750V, 690M) Taking for the 2nd time in October
SATII: 770 Writing, 790 US History,770 Bio
AP: 5 Biology, 5 Chemistry, 5 US History, 5 Spanish Language, 4 English Language and Composition
GPA: 4.65 W, 4.00 U. Ranked 1 or 2 in a class of 350 (most challenging courseload at competitive Jesuit HS)

A boost in your SAT scores could be to your advantage. Your grades and other test scores are excellent. Your EC's are decent but could be better, and I don't see any real leadership, which is a minus. Are you planning to play either sport in college?
Finally, your minority status is the kicker. I highly doubt you'll get rejected outright, but Harvard EA defers a large number of people.
