hello, i currently have a 2.5 GPA, bad i know but i only need a 2.7 to get into the school i want to go to. this is the start of my senior year, can someone tell me what i have to get for this semesters GPA to raise a 2.5 to a 2.7?

I'm sorry, but I can tell why you have a 2.5, you should really be able to do this problem. If your 2.5 is fresh-junior cumulative then this is the problem:

[6(2.5)+x]/7=2.7
18.9=15+x
3.9=x

If that GPA is soph/Junior (some schools only have three grades)then:
[4(2.5)+x]/5=2.7
13.5=10+x
x=3.5
