i'm a kansas high school student who is applying ED to cornell this fall. i really don't know a whole lot about ivy admissions and my chances. i have a 1490 sat 1(760 V, 730 M) and a 33 ACT
sat 2s- writing 800 biology 730 chemistry 720
gpa 3.98 (unweighted) rank 8/130
my school doesn't offer APs
i write really good essays and am a national merit finalist hopeful. i have good ecs- debate, scholars' bowl, volunteering, fbla, voting board member at local historic site etc. i hold down two jobs.
am debating whether to apply to Agriculture and Life Sciences or Arts and Sciences. I plan to be pre-med, but my ag. background (dad farms) i think would be a plus for ALS. any help anyone could give me would be providential.
