I am a freshmen at the University of Houston right now. I was an average B student in high school and I never really bother applying for any college except the University of Houston which I now really regret. Well, right now I am planning to transfer into the University of Texas - Austin. I am planning to take atleast 30 hours before my freshmen year is over. So should I apply to transfer before right now in the first semester or wait till I get my GPA after this semester then apply? What would my chances be?
