anyone know what type of student the Rice/Baylor program likes to accept?

Only 15 selected each year. Many "one-sitting" 1600's. SAT II's generally in the high 700's. Most have turned down "top five" schools. Leadership in public service EC's is very important. An incredible program but admission is super competitive and strictly on merit. Hooks do not help.
