What are my chances at competitive schools?
SAT I - 1290 (730 m/560 v)
SAT II - 700 chemistry, 680 math 2c, 500 writing
GPA - 3.91
Rank - 29/420
Would it help to know that my SAT 1's are highest in the school and the guidance counselors discourage students from taking certain SAT 2's? The guidance counselor I have never met anyone other than me who decided to take the math 2c without talking to her first. She said that she convinced everyone to take math 1c.

Well what schools did you have in mind? "Competitive schools" is kind of general. It also depends on your background: if you were a disadvantaged Native American, your stock would go up. Overall, 1st tier schools are well within your reach. Good luck.
