1270 SATs
4.28 GPA (W) 3.81 (UW)
xtra curricilars: yearbook (3), SGA (2), Class Council(1), Letterman (1), Shakespeare club (2), Advisory Task Force (1), Blood Drive (2)- co-chair.

here's my list:
UMCP, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Bucknell, URichmond.

What do you guys think? any other suggestions?

I intend to re-take my SATs, I got 1150 first time, took 'em after 5 months and got 1270, and I studied by myself for about 3 hours everyday for a month and off and on for two months. So I hope if I study the same way, i can bring it up to atleast high 1300s.

Actually, your college list looks to be in fine form already.

what do you guys think? would 1270 land me at those schools or should I retake the sats.

I know UMCP is a sure shot but its not my first choice. Any other good small schools worth checking out?

I'd retake for Vandy and Wake Forest.
