Bengali- a rarity? lol.
1330 SAT (GOING TO TRY AND BRING UP)
3.6 unweighted GPA/3.7 weighted
Been working since i was 14
by end of senior year 6+ APS
havent taken SAT IIs yet, but think ill do decent


key club, national art honor society(minor officer), founder of Future Scientists and ENgineers of AMerica club at our school, acedemic letter, Scholastic bowl, club basketball, dance for two years...


Know any other schools that are FUN with good reps that would be good choices for me?

Try some of the school search sites. That'll probably give you some good ideas, much better than we can. Rather hard for us to know what you're really looking for, you know?

Fiza, interesting that ur Bengali because i am Bengali too! Try to increase ur SAT scores atleast to a 1450 and ur gpa by .2 points. u should look into fun schools like Stanford,William and Mary, Darthmouth college, UC's, Michingan State,UVA. Your ec's are fine. You should get good recommendations and write good essays. You should also volunteer. Good Luck!

uh...yeah i know college is to study. But have u BEEN to W&M..im already way stressed out due to my Type A personality and W&M has like one of the highest suicide rates. is that the kinda school you want to attend?

plus we all need a bit of fun in our lives. dont playa hate. lol.

ps im not dissing W&M, i hv friends who go there and think its great. UVA is one of the best schools in the country- but ppl also party there. Argue against that!

I hope you're joking when you say the sole purpose of college is to study, and not to have fun. Are you f'ing sh!tting me? College is your the last chance to have fun before plugging yourself into the rat race.

Here's some advice: If you go to college, have as much fun as possible while still being responsible for your academics...don't be a workaholic stooge. Trust me, you can academically bust your butt and have a lot of fun at the same time. If you don't have fun, you'll just end up being bitter.
