My friend and I ( we are both white girls ) both want to be vets and go to Cornell. What do you think are the chances of Cornell accepting two people from the same school like that?

Probably depends on the size of the school. If it is small then I would say no, but if it was large that would be possible.

well we have a senior class of approx 520 each year, and 3 years ago 2 people enrolled into cornell. one was valedictorian (i know him) and the other was some girl who wasn't nearly as "smart." depends where you live, what college you want to get into, and whether both of you are qualified. but its definitey possible. good luck! i'm a cornellian-wannabe too!

My school only has a graduating c/o 32. My TWIN brother and I got in and we are valedictorian and salutatorian.

So I dunno.

Joanabanana: don't worry about competitor within the same school. I don't think it has a large factor (or even any) in admission decisions.

Hey, colleges just accept you if you meet the requirements for their criteria. They don't really care if two people are accepted to a certain college from a school or if 10 people are accepted to certain college from a school.
