What are the odds of getting into JHU's early dec.?
I am a sophomore, but will most likely apply ed to Hopkins in 2004.
I am hispanic, 3.7 GPA (Have all honors and next year APs), loads of ECs(hold leadership position at marching band), Lacrosse, 300 hrs. of comm service
I got "1300" on PSAT and will be taking a Princeton Review course to hopefully take it up to 1400+
Also have 700 on bio, just took IIC and will take writing in the Winter
I am also a Venture Scholar
I also have a relative that works there.
Is there a better chance at applying their ED?

yes i think you will get in... your stats are pretty good and your URM will most definitely get you in.... i think you can probably get in somewhere even better mostly because of your URM status but without it i think you'd still have a decent shot for hopkins ed
