your sat I's are right around the dartmouth mean i think so you're in range
just curious why you singled out dartmouth--i'm considering applying there next year as well

i honestly don't know about your chances specifically for dartmouth--your stats all seem to be in the range although maybe a few higher 700's would help (especially for bio if that's your intended major)
the ecs seem pretty good...especially the emphasis on community service, which i totally commend as a fellow hospital volunteer
overall, i'd say your chances are pretty good
