I'm a sophomore, and I took the SAT I this year and recieved a 1450 - 760 math, 690 verbal. I plan to retake that in junior year, however, since I imagine a year and some preparation will raise my score maybe 50-70 points. I've taken the PSATs and I got a 214, but since I'm a sophomore I won't be in the NMSQT running until I take it next year. I took AP World History this year, I'm expecting a 4 or a 5 on the test. I have a 95.5% grade average unweighted, but there is no ranking system in my (public) school.
Next year, I'll be taking:
AP Physics B
AP US History
AP Spanish Lit.
AP Calc BC
AP Studio Art
(Heh, what a pain.)
Anyway, I'll have 5 APs in senior year as well if all goes according to plan, and as for extra-curricular activities, I am on varsity tennis (and track next year), boy scouts, I play guitar, photography club, I am a member of a church which has an active presence in the community, and next year, I'll be in NHS. I'm doing all that because I have an interest in all the subjects and activities, not to impress.
I'm shooting for a double major in CS and graphic design, and I'm using AP Studio Art to assemble a portfolio for graphic design. I would be doing AP Comp. Sci. but the only teacher qualified for it is, unfortunately, resigning. I've done PHP and Java commissions for my church and people I know, as well as web design. Also, being half Hispanic, I have a good foot in the door for that. Do I have a good chance?
(Also, thanks for reading this, I know it was really long and I apologize.)

I forgot to mention that I took Math IIC and World History SAT IIs just today. I'm shooting for 720-760 on math, 720-800 on world history.

You have a good shot, you should be aiming for 780-800 on the IIC though- Its an easy test and I'm sure the average of SCS is in that range. I would defenitly takte the SAT's again, aim for a 1500+, 1500 is the avearge for SCS.
