My daughter returned to her third floor dorm room to discover it had been vandalized. A squirrel had crashed through the screen, left muddy footprints around the room, and eaten her hersey kisses that I sent for halloween!! Seems this same squirrel also broke into the neighboring room and stole food until the occupant woke up from a nap and screamed it back out the window.

Full investigation is pending.

And did she report this "incident" to security? and let's hope they keep prospective students informed of such "crime statistics" on the tour sessions! j/k

Hilarious! (and so glad it wasn't as serious as the caption made it sound!) What these girls need is a good hunting dog. Please send me their address and he is on his way (one-way ticket).

A report needs to be written up and sent to this website.

My husband has this humane squirell trap that he has (humane according to him) that traps squirrel and he relocates them to a place near the pond nearby but about 2 miles from our home. Says both the squirell and he are happy for it. He is happy because the squirrel will not be partaking of our apples and pears in our backyard and the squirrel because supposedly there are apples near the pond and it is prettier.

She needs a good hurricane, that {sadly perhaps) will fix the squirrels!

I bet the squirrel is sorry to have eaten those kisses!! Is chocolate poisonous to squirrels? I thought so....

Whew, when I read the title of this thread, my heart stopped. Glad it was just furry varmints, not human ones.
