Okay, as many of the wonderful parents here know, I will be applying to Georgetown this fall:
GU already has my SAT I and II reports (1320 and 700/740/780, respectively in US/World/Writing). I am taking the SAT I this Saturday.
Do you think it would be wise NOT to select any schools to send the SAT scores to quite yet, and wait until my scores come out in two weeks? I haven't gotten a chance to deeply study for the SAT I, but I have a feeling my score will be butchered.
Either way, with or without Saturday's results, Georgetown is going to evaluate my application (it is almost complete, just sending Part II)..
Damn Kaplan Book.. *kick* Makes me look like a failure

If you think your score could be lower, it seems like it would be smart to wait until you see it before sending it to schools. I suppose there's no way they would get it otherwise, since they already have all the other scores you'll be sending. Assuming you're applying RD and there's no time pressure to get the scores to Georgetown quickly, I'm not sure there's any down side to waiting.

I am applying EA, but my scores are already in. I'm asking, since I don't feel prepared for this upcoming one, should I not send these scores to georgetown?

I think that's a good plan. You'll feel more relaxed taking the test on Saturday.
