The class of 2004 SAT averages were just released this week. The nationwide average was 508 on verbal, up one point from last year, and 518 on math, down one point, for a cumulative score of 1,026 — the same as last year.

There are alot of kids with 1200-1300 scores who think that they have "bad" scores. In actuality, their scores are indeed well above average!
