As a rising senior, I'm now experiencing the wonder of college applications. Everything has been going pretty smoothly, though, except for a slight problem I have with the Common App (specifically the online version). There is a space to record our "Current Year Courses" for three trimesters. There's just one issue -- I have more classes than fit in the appropriate columns. Each column has eight spaces, and my school offers nine class periods a day. My schedule will read as this for the entire school year, barring any calamities from the counseling department:
AP English
AP Calculus BC
Concert Band/Physical Education (some days I have band, some days PE)
AP Latin: Virgil
French 4H
AP Economics (both Macro and Micro)
AP Psychology
Health 12/Creative Writing (Health is the first semester, Creative Writing is second semester)
AP Biology
Now, for some sections of the form we are instructed to fill out the "Additional Information" section if we have information that was not specifically requested or that did not fit. Is it appropriate to place my class schedule in that area, and if it is, should I put the entire schedule, or just those bits that do not fit within the given text boxes? One of my friends suggested that I not put down gym or health, as it would be understood that I am taking those courses, but that didn't seem to be a good solution to me. Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!
