I was just introduced to this program by one of my mother's coworkers and as much as I would like to keep it to myself, I feel like people need to know about this program. It just came out, but if you buy it on campus with a Student ID it will only cost $50.

If you've ever tried to take notes in Word, then you know its a pain. You have to format everything and there really isnt room to do what you want. In OneNote, you can type wherever you want. Make bullets and headings. If the prof decides to add a point in later, you can.
Or say he puts a diagram on the board. There's a pen tool that allows you to draw in any color right in your notes (really handy if you have a Tablet PC). If you hook a mic up or a camera, you can record the prof right into your notes.
When you want to do a research paper and you're c&ping things from the internet, the program includes the URL for easy reference.
I don't want to sound like I'm an advertiser and I hope this doesn't get deleted, but it really is a GREAT program for those of us bringing laptops to school. It can totally replace a notebook (though I would still print out notes regularly and keep them filed just in case). There are many more features there, but I just wanted to help get the word out.
