S went to Vanderbilt site, down loaded forms for 2005 and noticed that he could apply on-line too. He filled out part I end of JULY, I paid and the application was submitted. (The web site just says Vanderbilt Part I, no Year is indicated)
However, it turns out that the part I application was for 2004 !!!
Now what do we do? I did call Vanderbilt (haven't heard back). The outfit that runs on-line applications is a division of Princeton Review (Embark.com). They don't have phone number, you deal with e-mails only.
Would I be too hasty in telling my credit card company to withdraw my payment?

We did this last year with Gtown. Seems to me the university sent us a refund check.
